  • Provide / conduct training to consumers (pre/post purchase)
  • Attend to shopper enquiries and provide benefit sales presentation
  • Actively promote accessories range of product to complement the primary product.
  • Participate or initiative store briefing to provide product knowledge or sales talk recap
  • Complete weekly consumer training report with key activities and training numbers
  • Radiate positive energy and communicate professionally as well as maintaining effective communication.
  • Support Master Trainer, Store Manager and peers in driving towards Company's objective.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma certification
  • 1 year working experience in related field (retail sales experience is an added advantage)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in other related industries are welcome
  • Excellence verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to communicate the business language – English, Bahasa Melayu, any Chinese dialect would be an advantage
  • Basic Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
