About the role

Tri I Concept Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and approach potential customers to generate new business leads
  2. Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services
  3. Negotiate and close sales deals by addressing customer needs and concerns
  4. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  6. Provide feedback and insights to the sales and product management teams to enhance our offerings
  7. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the Sales industry
  2. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  5. Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
  6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
