Position: Marketing Executive

Job Scope of Marketing Executive

  • Provide general coordination, tracking, and reporting of marketing activities and operational matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing and logistics processes.
  • Execute communication, documentation, and submission of marketing-related documents to relevant parties (e.g. vendors, service providers).
  • Respond to enquiries received through digital platforms (e.g. email, website, phone call, social media).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, assess market positioning, and enhance marketing strategies.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
  • Manage and update content on company digital channels (e.g. website) to ensure consistency with branding and marketing objectives.
  • Maintain and organize marketing databases and vendor contacts for easy access and future use.
  • Ensure compliance with company branding guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.

Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of working experience in marketing or similar capacity (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Good communication and writing skills in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiar with social media platforms, basic digital marketing, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Willing to travel or support company events when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM8,000.00 per month
