As a Project Manager specializing in Cloud Migration and Deployment, you will drive the strategic planning and execution of migrating our infrastructure and applications to the cloud.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the migration strategy, ensure seamless deployment, and optimize our cloud infrastructure. Your technical expertise and leadership will play a crucial role in transforming our technology landscape and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· 
Strategy Development:

Define the overall cloud deployment and migration strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.

Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for successful migration.

· 
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and principles to ensure alignment and clear communication.

Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to update them on project status, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to the project plan.

· 
Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and define detailed requirements for cloud migration and deployment.

Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans.

· 
Cloud Architecture Design:

Work with engineering and solution architect teams to design robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures.

Ensure the technical feasibility of all new features and adhere to well-architected framework.

· 
Project Management:

Lead cross-functional teams through the entire cloud migration lifecycle, from planning to execution and post-migration support.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

· 
Security and Compliance:

Ensure that all cloud solutions adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements for security and compliance.

Implement robust security measures to protect data and applications in the cloud.

· 
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

Continuously monitor cloud infrastructure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall system performance.

Education & Trainings:

Education:
 Holds at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, advanced degree is a plus.

Certifications
: Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile.

Additional Qualifications:
 Certification in any public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Knowledge & Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

· Highly proficient in managing and directing complex projects or program.

· Experience in complex cloud migration projects.

Skills & Abilities:

·
Highly proficient in project management skill, AGILE/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Strong understanding of software development or IT infrastructure or database.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

· Experience in managing various project workstreams (i.e.: internal technical team, vendor, principle and client.)

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Zoho).

· Analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
