JOB SUMMARY

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to final candidate selection.
  • Source and attract candidates using diverse methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews.
  • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
  • Support the coordination and execution of recruitment events, career fairs, and other hiring initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence both hiring managers and candidates.
  • High level of professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
