We are hiring a Technical Implementation Manager to lead software implementation projects across financial and enterprise environments. You will work closely with stakeholders, manage integrations, and ensure smooth delivery from planning to go-live.

This role is ideal for someone with e-Invoicing experience who wants to lead a team of Business Analysts and step up into a project ownership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full implementation lifecycle: planning, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and handover
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, QA, and support teams
  • Manage integrations with ERP, Core Banking, CRM, and Payment Gateway systems
  • Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities
  • Track defects, ensure issue resolution, and maintain documentation
  • Manage project risks, escalation, and communication with stakeholders
  • Conduct requirements workshops and project closure sessions
  • Guide and coach Business Analyst team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–8 years experience in software implementation
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong background in e-Invoicing projects
  • Experience in ERP, financial systems, or enterprise applications
  • Knowledge of API integration, system configuration, data migration, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
  • Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Tools: Jira, MS Project, Asana, Google Sheets or similar
  • Advantage: PMP or Agile/Scrum certification

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM6, RM14,000.00 per month
