About the role

Tri I Concept Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Technical Team Lead / Technical Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time role where you will play a key part in driving the technical success of our ongoing construction projects, ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, and high-quality delivery.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide Technical Expertise & Support

    Offer hands-on technical guidance to clients, contractors, and homeowners, including on-site problem-solving for the bathroom fixtures supplied.
  2. Manage E-Permit Applications

    Handle the full process of E-Permit applications for imported bathroom fixtures and attend inspections with government officers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Oversee Product Certification

    Coordinate the application and renewal of certifications for imported products
  4. Support Delivery & Logistics (When Required)

    Assist with deliveries to project sites when necessary, including monitoring loading and unloading activities to ensure all goods are received accurately and in good condition by the intended recipients.
  5. Troubleshoot Technical Issues

    Perform troubleshooting and provide effective solutions when technical problems arise with the products supplied.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical team lead or project management role within the construction industry
  2. Strong technical expertise and understanding of construction processes, with the ability to interpret and apply technical specifications
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proven track record of finding innovative solutions
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with the project team of architect/contractor
  5. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of technical professionals
  6. Ability to monitor and report on project progress
  7. Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field
