Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Leader located in Taipan USJ, Subang Jaya. The Shift Leader will oversee daily operations, ensure quality service standards, manage team performance, and maintain a positive and efficient work environment. Responsibilities include assisting with staff training, monitoring store cleanliness, managing inventory, and addressing customer needs promptly. The Shift Leader will also ensure compliance with company policies and foster teamwork among employees to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
  • Proficiency in customer service, including addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and creating positive guest experiences.
  • Organizational skills for managing workflow, inventory, and store operations efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices to maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among team members and engage with customers.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or operational role within the food and beverage industry is an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in management or hospitality will be advantageous.
