Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve and own the Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Drive Lean-based improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and boost efficiency in operations.
  • Lead root-cause investigations and structured problem-solving efforts with international partners.
  • Supervise final inspections and authorize product certifications before shipment.
  • Ensure products meet strict quality standards, on-time delivery, and proactive communication to satisfy customers.
  • Strengthen preventive quality measures, inspections, and control loops to minimize recurring defects.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance on key quality and operational KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a quality team that takes ownership, embraces continuous learning, and fosters trust.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, regulatory assessments, and certification processes.
  • Guarantee compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO and other legal or customer-specific quality requirements.
  • Work closely with global teams to lead cross-site quality projects and share best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Engineering, Quality, or related field).
  • 10+ years' experience in quality management and 6+ years in leadership.
  • Experienced in quality operations, management systems (QMS/IMS), & Lean practices.
  • Proven track record in inspiring and guiding teams, & managing both internal and external stakeholders.
