Key Responsibilities1. CCTV Monitoring & Surveillance

  • Monitor live CCTV feeds to ensure all therapy rooms, common areas, and facility surroundings are functioning safely and in accordance with centre policies.
  • Identify unusual, suspicious, or non-compliant activities and report them promptly to the centre manager or relevant personnel.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure all cameras and recording systems are functioning properly.

2. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare accurate daily monitoring reports summarising key observations and incidents.
  • Document and log any abnormal activities, equipment issues, or policy breaches.
  • Maintain incident records and provide video clips upon request for audits or investigations.

3. System Operation & Maintenance

  • Ensure CCTV systems, monitors, and recording devices are operational at all times.
  • Report technical issues to IT/technical support for troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Assist in basic system checks such as verifying recording quality, storage capacity, and camera angles.

4. Compliance & Safety

  • Follow the centre's privacy and confidentiality policies, particularly regarding client and therapist data.
  • Ensure surveillance activities comply with legal and organisational guidelines.
  • Support centre management in implementing safety and operational protocols.

5. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with therapists, reception staff, and management when issues or irregularities arise.
  • Provide video footage to authorised team members when required for review or evaluation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • SPM, SKM, Certificate or Diploma in IT, Security, Administration, or related fields (preferred).
  • Experience in CCTV operation or monitoring roles is an advantage.
  • Basic technical knowledge of surveillance systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert for extended periods.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Ex-Military, Ex-Security Guard will be an advantage.
  • Working in shift, rotation basis.
  • * Working Days : Monday to Friday Only.

* Working Hours : 7:00 am - 1:00 pm (1st Shift)

12:00pm - 6:00pm (2nd Shift)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM900.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
