Role Overview

The Ecommerce Executive plays a key role in managing and optimizing the company's online product offerings across major ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate product setup, pricing, and category management, while continuously monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Setup, maintain and sunset products and categories for our ecommerce websites - includingprice calculation, margin setting, and webpage setup.
  • Assist with the launch of new website features and help maintain the ecommerce platform
  • (Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok) with up-to-date information, prices, and lead times.
  • Monitor the performance of new product launches.
  • In collaboration with sales & CS, suggest product optimizations that can help maximize
  • conversion rate and revenue.
  • Research, identify and analyze potential products to launch, according to revenue and profit
  • potential.
  • Plan and oversee new product initiatives by developing time-integrated plans with sales,
  • marketing, graphic design, tech and production.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by HOD/Management as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience in eCommerce operations (1–2 years preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business or any related field
  • Excellent in eCommerce platforms and third-party tools
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a plus but not compulsory)

Required Skills

  • Understand e-commerce concepts and preferably have previous experience in eCommerce.
  • Basic knowledge and/or experience in (online) marketing is a plus
  • Adequate critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop seller
  • platforms.
  • Familiarity with order processing, logistics, and customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel is a must)
