About the Company.

  • Basic Salary (RM2,800 - 5,500 per month) + Commissions 5% (Quarterly basis) + Monthly Expenses Claimable

What Does a Day Look Like?

As a
Corporate Wellness Consultant
, you'll spend your day interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable health and wellness program. You'll also work closely with our team to strategize and meet sales targets.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a health consultant to corporate clients, analyzing and assessing their wellness needs.
  • Design and present customized corporate health solutions (including health screenings, wellness programs, nutrition workshops, etc.) based on your expertise and our service portfolio.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR and management, becoming their trusted strategic partner in health.
  • Manage key client relationships to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of health programs.

About You

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

  • Educational Background in Wellness:
    Ideal candidates should have a background in wellness-related fields, such as dietetics, nutrition, or medical studies. (Preferrable)
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
    Ability to effectively understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Relationship Building:
    Experience in sales, particularly within corporate environments, and the ability to build strong relationships (Key Account Management) in the Health & Wellness industry, especially in relation to HRDF.
  • Work Ethic and Reliability:
    Demonstrates a strong work ethic, is proactive, goal-oriented, responsible, and reliable. Must be able to honor commitments consistently.
  • Self-Motivation and Organizational Skills:
    Capable of efficiently organizing your routine and maintaining high levels of self-motivation.
  • Income-Driven:

  • Transportation:
    Must have own transportation for travel to work appointments.
