Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Perform maintenance and repair work at plant and worker's hostel (if needed).
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues promptly to reduce downtime.
  • Support setup and trial runs to ensure machines operate within required parameters.

2. Preventive Maintenance

  • Execute and update preventive maintenance schedules for all moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Record and maintain maintenance history, checklists, and reports.

3. Spare Parts & Tools Management

  • Monitor and manage spare part inventory for maintenance and repair works.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use.

4. Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and 5S standards.
  • Participate in safety inspections and maintenance-related training.
  • Report unsafe conditions or practices immediately to the superior.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Support improvement projects to enhance machine reliability, efficiency, and energy savings.

Requirements:

  • Education: Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or equivalent field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in injection moulding maintenance or related industry.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of injection moulding machines.
  • Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
