As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Licensing Executive to manage client-related licensing matters.

Position Overview:

As a Licensing Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various license applications and renewals on behalf of our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, business licenses, employment passes, WRT licenses, CIDB licenses, MOTAC licenses, manufacturing licenses, and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end licensing processes for clients, including application, renewal, and compliance monitoring.
  • Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies such as immigration, MDTCA, CIDB, MOTAC etc to ensure timely approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all licensing activities and deadlines.
  • Advise clients on licensing requirements, processes, and regulatory updates.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignment/task as directed by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in business studies/administration/management, secretarial or equivalents.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling business licenses, employment passes, and other regulatory documentation.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian regulatory bodies and licensing procedures.
  • Willingness to explore and handle a wide range of licensing types across various industries.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage and will be prioritized).
