Job title:

  • Admin Intern

Job Description:

  • Provide support in managing the full cycle of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Contribute to the monthly bank reconciliation process to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Support the production of weekly/monthly aging reports for management review.
  • Support the systematic organization and maintenance of physical and digital files.
  • Support various records management tasks to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Currently studying in Degree in Business Admin, Management, Administration or equivalent
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Familiar with accounting software will be added advantages
