Administrative Assistant

Salary Range: RM2,800 – RM4,500

Working Hours: 10am – 6pm

Work Model: Hybrid (after probation)

Location: The Dune @ Light Grey, Sungai Buloh (Free parking available)

About the Role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across our teams. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, basic admin tracking, and internal support, ensuring things run smoothly and on time.

You will work closely with different departments depending on the company (SION, HURUF, or THE BOLD HOLDINGS), supporting both operations and management with organised and reliable admin work.

This role suits someone who is responsible, organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling routine tasks consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and data entry
  • Support internal coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Prepare and organise forms, reports, invoices, and internal documents
  • Track approvals, deadlines, and simple task lists
  • Assist with basic finance-related admin such as claims, receipts, and invoice tracking
  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
  • Communicate with internal teams and external parties when required
  • Support management and team leads with day-to-day admin needs

Who We're Looking For

  • No prior experience required — training will be provided
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, or related fields is a plus, not mandatory
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Email)
  • Organised, reliable, and able to follow instructions
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to understand or speak Mandarin is an advantage
  • Willing to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks
