Key Responsibilities

  • Make follow-up calls to customers regarding outstanding payments.
  • Record and key in invoices, receipts, and payment entries accurately.
  • Assist with basic data entry in MySQL (training provided).
  • Support general administrative and clerical duties (filing, scanning, documentation).
  • Assist in other accounting or administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of admin or bookkeeping is preferred.
  • Comfortable making phone calls to customers (payment reminders).
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Familiarity with MySQL or basic database entry is an advantage (training provided).
  • Good communication skills, polite, and professional.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Working Hours

Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
