Accounts & Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Make follow-up calls to customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Record and key in invoices, receipts, and payment entries accurately.
- Assist with basic data entry in MySQL (training provided).
- Support general administrative and clerical duties (filing, scanning, documentation).
- Assist in other accounting or administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of admin or bookkeeping is preferred.
- Comfortable making phone calls to customers (payment reminders).
- Basic computer literacy
- Familiarity with MySQL or basic database entry is an advantage (training provided).
- Good communication skills, polite, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Working Hours
Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
