We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive, Marketing to manage key customer accounts and streamline marketing operations. You'll play a vital role in coordinating orders, supporting product registration, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. If you thrive on problem-solving, building relationships, and making an impact, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Get yearly forecast and monitor key account sales.
  • Plan and coordinate customers' purchase orders.
  • Handle product registration with guided training.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Monitor and compile all customer orders and movement.
  • Handle customer artwork development and BOM set up in ERP.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proficient and fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Customer-oriented with a collaborative and proactive attitude.
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with international customers.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, international business environment.
  • Proactive in identifying process improvements and driving customer satisfaction.
