Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Create and design basic marketing materials (posters, menus, social media visuals) using Canva or other design tools.
  • Manage social media content and posting across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal departments and outlet teams for campaign materials and updates.
  • Support photo/video shoots and liaise with designers, agencies, or influencers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and collect customer insights for improvement.
  • Prepare simple reports, quotations, and administrative documents related to marketing.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
  • Basic design skills and familiarity with Canva or other tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut) are preferred.
  • Interest in F&B and social media trends.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn.
