General Clerk perform a variety and clerical administrative duties to support office operations. Ensure that daily administrative task are completed accurately and efficiently. Works closely with team members to support smooth and organized office functions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties such as filing, data entry and document preparation.
- Assist with the processing and maintenance of records and information.
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support team with administrative task and maintain office supplies and ensures the work area is organized and well-stocked.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as General Clerk in Automotive Industry.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
- Attention to details and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities\
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
- Prefer candidates to be fluent in English & Malay. Mandarin is an advantages.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM3,021.82 per month
