Logistics Officer (MNC) - Fresh / Entry Level

Company Background: Well-established Commodities MNC

Salary: Basic up to $S2,700 + OT (Guaranteed 30–40 hours or more per month); Gross up to $S3,600

Location: West Region (near Joo Koon MRT)

Working Hours:

  • Shift 1: 7:30am – 5:00pm (regular)
  • Shift 2: 12:30pm – 10:00pm (as required only)

System Used: SAP / WMS / Microsoft Office

Benefits: Variable Bonus (1–2 months of salary) | 18 Days Annual Leave

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse administrative functions including processing of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate deliveries and container schedules with suppliers and freight forwarders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation through proper filing, sorting, and archiving.
  • Perform data entry to ensure timely and accurate information management.
  • Prepare and submit daily warehouse reports within stipulated timelines.
  • Handle inquiries from internal departments, suppliers, and customers professionally.
  • Track, verify, and process service provider invoices.
  • Support overall warehouse office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
