Job Title: Logistic Operations Officer

LNT Express Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Officer to oversee and optimize daily operations at our distribution center. If you have hands-on experience in warehouse or delivery operations and enjoy improving efficiency, this could be the perfect fit for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including parcel storage, sorting, and dispatch to ensure smooth workflows and minimize losses.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal departments through various communication channels to resolve delivery or receiving issues promptly.
  • Verify customer information accurately and in line with company procedures.
  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports on undelivered parcels, delivery exceptions, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor daily financial reports to track branch performance and overall operational results.
  • Keep up-to-date with logistics industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve warehouse efficiency.
  • Support management with special assignments and operational projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or express delivery operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and other Office applications.
  • Good communication skills; proficiency in English or Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
