Job Title:

Operation Executive (ecommerce)

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, overseeing daily operational activities and coordinating logistics functions to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily e-commerce operations across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.).
  • Oversee day-to-day fulfilment of all customer orders and internal stock movements
  • Coordinate with 3PL warehouse, packing, and courier service providers for smooth delivery.
  • Oversee inventory control: stock monitoring, replenishment, and reporting.
  • Ensure product listings are updated (pricing, stock availability, promotions).
  • Track order status, handle returns/exchanges, and resolve operational issues.
  • Support marketing and sales teams during campaigns (flash sales, festive promos, vouchers, internal sampling and etc.).
  • Prepare operational reports on sales, inventory, and order performance.
  • Ensure compliance with platform rules, company SOPs, and service level agreements.
  • Identify process improvements to optimize efficiency and customer experience.
  • Provide administrative support to management and cross-functional departments.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the superior until full closure

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, admin, or logistics (preferably in FMCG or startup)
  • Hands-on experience working with 3PL providers and external warehouses
  • Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify, etc.).
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication (English and Bahasa Malaysia) and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, etc.).
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with inventory planning tools or ERP systems (a bonus)

Additional Advantage:

  • Experience with ERP/Warehouse management systems.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, online campaigns and any others online platform are advantage.
  • Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce logistics ((J&T, DHL, Ninja Van etc)
