About the Role

Are you an organized and detail-oriented person who enjoys keeping things running smoothly?

We're looking for a Logistics Executive & Coordinator to join our team and make sure every order, delivery, and document is handled efficiently and accurately.

You'll be part of a hardworking logistics team that keeps our daily operations on track — from processing customer orders and coordinating transport to ensuring every truck, driver, and document is in perfect order.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage customer orders: Coordinate with the sales team, process orders, issue Delivery Orders (DO), and follow up to make sure everything is completed and filed properly.
  • Handle depot orders: Update credit limits, get approvals from management, process Petronas orders, and prepare listings for finance.
  • Keep stock in check: Update stock cards daily, reconcile records by company, and verify availability before delivery.
  • Assist in driver pay: Cross-check trip lists, calculate trip allowances, and ensure payments match HRMS records.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance: Verify invoices, track repair and maintenance reports, and follow up on payment approvals.
  • Ensure compliance: Make sure every lorry's road tax, insurance, Puspakom, and terminal passes are up-to-date.
  • Track fuel usage: Monitor SmartPay and Touch 'n Go transactions, identify irregularities, and prepare monthly reports for approval.
  • Update ERP system: Enter daily orders, upload loading meter photos, and ensure loading stays within tolerance (0.3%) before trucks are released.

Who We're Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or related field.
  • Comfortable using Excel, SQL system, and ERP software.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in solving problems.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Monday–Friday: 8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.

Saturday: 8.30 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.
