Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Coordinator, based in Kuala Lumpur. The Coordinator will support the day-to-day administrative and operational aspects of leadership development and training programs. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing client communications, organizing program logistics, and assisting in the development of program materials. The role allows for a balance of on-site and remote work to maintain flexibility while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, customer services and content development
  • Experience in event or program coordination, including logistics and resource management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources, or Marketing
  • Prior experience in training, leadership development, or consultancy organizations is a plus
