MJ Logistics is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive – Customer Service. If you have a strong grasp of freight forwarding operations and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Pre & Post Shipment Documentation for both Air and Sea (Import & Export)

  • Coordinate bookings with agents, carriers, and customers

  • Prepare and manage Daily Shipment Reports (DSR) and Pre-alerts

  • Process Bill of Lading (BL) including drafting, submission, and release

  • Manage Costing and Payment Requests efficiently and accurately

You'll be working in a fast-paced logistics environment where precision, communication, and customer satisfaction are key. We value team players who take initiative and thrive under pressure.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding (Shipping & Logistics Industry)

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail
