Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audit checks and client administration tasks.
  • Manage client inbound inquiry mailbox and solve client-related cases independently.
  • Acquire full knowledge of both internal systems and platforms.
  • Ensure the sales team have full knowledge on all our promotions, educational tools, products and platforms by conducting proper training, creating training manual and setting up a training centre portal.
  • Product support on team coordination with other department such as Operation team and Customer support team via various messaging and ticketing system.
  • Assist investigation team and compliance team to solve disputes and complaints from clients in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualification in finance, business or related field.
  • Past experience in customer support or sales in fintech industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent team player.
  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
