Join the dynamic team at AGGREGATE PI BIZ MANAGEMENT' as an Assistant Manager based in Johor. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the overall operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business
  2. Manage and coordinate the work of staff across various departments
  3. Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures and standards
  4. Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that arise
  5. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans
  6. Liaise with external stakeholders, such as clients and suppliers
  7. Assist in budget planning and financial management
  8. Provide leadership and mentorship to the team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar assistant management or supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
  2. Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges
  5. Proficient in using relevant software and technology to support business operations
  6. Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capability to motivate and develop a team
  7. Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field
