Key Responsibilities:

  1. Multi-Jurisdictional Bookkeeping: Manage the daily accounting for legal entities in four different countries/regions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. Tax Compliance: Strictly adhere to local tax laws, manage tax declarations, calculations, and planning for all entities, ensuring full compliance.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepare regular monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to provide management with accurate financial analysis and support for decision-making.
  4. Administrative Duties (Dual Role): Handle certain senior administrative tasks, such as company file management, contract archiving, and critical process coordination.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Solid experience in accounting and financial management; multi-jurisdictional tax systems is a plus.
  2. Knowledge: Basic understanding of multi-country corporate law and tax regulations, capable of handling cross-border financial matters.
  3. Skills: Proficient in financial software and office applications (advanced Excel skills).
