Role Summary:

Responsible for driving business development initiatives and managing fintech operations, including company incorporation, compliance, and payment gateway setup. Coordinates with CAs, legal advisors, and banks to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance. Oversees payment gateway integrations, researches new fintech solutions, and builds strong partnerships to enhance business growth and operational efficiency.

Role & responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with nominee directors, CA consultants, and banks to meet all company incorporation, GST tax registration, Bank account openings and compliance requirements.

  2. Manage company setup in India, including incorporation, GST, PAN/TAN registration, and bank account opening.

  3. Ensure compliance with RBI and fintech regulations (KYC, AML, data protection, etc.).

  4. Set up and manage small payment gateway integrations and explore new fintech solutions.

  5. Research and evaluate different new payment gateways to enhance business operations.

  6. Build strong relationships with CAs, lawyers, payment providers, and regulatory bodies.

  7. Stay updated on Indian fintech, taxation, and compliance laws to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Any experience in fintech operations, company incorporation, or payment gateway setup in India is added advatange.

  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze fintech trends.
  • Competence in strategic planning and execution to support organizational goals.
