JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
- Mandarin language is a must for internal commucation
- Knowledgeable and experienced in using SQL Systems & well-known about property management will be an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented & able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, correspondences and document preparation.
- Providing operational support for various business functions, including scheduling, coordinating meetings and managing calendars.
- Coordinate and communicate with tenants on all tenancy administrative process to ensure that Tenancy Agreements (TA) is duly executed, stamped and delivered;
- Monitor and keep track of Tenancy Agreements (TA) renewals;
- Assist and update Finance Department on all Tenancy Agreements (TA) documents and all payment related;
- Update tenancy details in the system and ensure documents are filed in orderly manner;
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain updated stock records for operational supplies.
- Maintain an updated inventory of tools, equipment, and assets.
