About the Role

PureSolutions Sdn Bhd (distributor of Purezza Premium Water) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in managing daily accounting operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts promptly
  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash transactions
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
  • Assist with general administrative duties — filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
  • Support the finance and management team as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in accounting or administrative roles
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
