About the role

We are seeking a skilled Account & Admin Executive to join our dynamic property development and construction team at Setia Awan Holdings Sdn Bhd. In this full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and administrative operations, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day business activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
  2. Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other ad-hoc analyses as required
  3. Providing administrative support to the team, such as organising meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
  4. Liaising with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and clients, to address queries and resolve issues
  5. Contributing to the implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
  6. Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role, preferably within the property development or construction industry
  2. Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for financial and data management
  3. Good understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  5. Attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
  6. Team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset
