Personal Assistant to Director

About the role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Personal Assistant who can move fast to support the Director across F&B, property, and home furniture businesses, This role focuses on executing tasks efficiently, coordinating with stakeholders, and keeping the Director organised, in a fast-paced environment.
Work Location: Union Tower, Kuala Lumpur
What you'll do:
- Manage Director's schedule, appointments, and meetings
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers
- Prepare meeting notes and summaries
- Source suppliers, conduct market research and track project progress
- Support execution of promotions, events, or operational initiatives
- Prepare basic reports and provide administrative support as needed
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned
What we're looking:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable managing fast-changing priorities
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Proficient in WhatsApp, Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
- Must possess own transport and able to drive for work-related duties when required
