Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence
- Supervise day-to-day operations across all assigned restaurants/outlets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, supply chain efficiency, and cost control.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in service and product quality.
- Drive sales performance to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify opportunities to expand market share and customer base.
- Analyze sales data to optimize menu offerings and pricing strategies.
- Recruit, train, and mentor outlet managers and staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer focus.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and effective scheduling.
- Prepare reports on sales, operations, and staff performance.
- Track KPIs such as food cost percentage, labor cost, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Minimum 1 years and above of experience in F&B management, preferably multi-outlet.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within Selangor and Negeri Sembilan.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
