Location:

1) Klang Valley or

2) East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak)

Job Summary:

  • Oversees the operation of counters and ensure smooth operation as required.
  • Responsible to orient, train, schedule, monitor and manage staff at counters & outlets.

Primary Duties

  • Manage (full time & part time) promoters at counters and/or at outlets
  • Coach, counsel, recruit, train and discipline staff
  • Evaluate on-the-job performance, compile & complete timesheets and attendance records
  • Organise and distribute staff schedules
  • Perform product inventory and maintain accurate records
  • In charge of fairs and set up & displays at fairs
  • Handle customers & staff queries, complaints and issues

Requirements:-

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field and at least two (2) years related experience in retail, including one (1) year supervisory level
  • Good communication skills & able to lead a team
  • Pleasant personality and good in Microsoft Excel.

  • Total package ranging RM3000-RM4000 per month
