As our business continues to grow, we're looking for passionate individuals to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customers' questions and provide recommendations on medications and health products.
  • Manage and replenish shelf stocks, and maintain product displays.
  • Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions.
  • Help manage the inventory of medications and other products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store.

Application Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a pharmacy or related industry.
  • Basic knowledge of over-the-counter medications and health products (training will be provided by the company if needed).
  • Good sales skills and the ability to promote products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills, able to use sales systems and handle transactions.
  • Strong teamwork spirit, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, and Bahasa Malaysia for communication.
