What you'll do

Create

  • Use AI (industry tools + 's internal tools) to draft and iterate on copy, visuals, short videos, and decks.
  • Maintain on‑brand voice and factual accuracy; repurpose long‑form content into snackable formats.

Run

  • Plan and execute webinars, meetups, and client workshops—registrations, vendors, run‑of‑show, swag, and follow‑ups.
  • Prepare and occasionally deliver short scripted 
    product demos
     at events and webinars.

Publish

  • Keep an editorial calendar; write first‑pass articles and briefs; optimise blogs, case studies, and landing pages for SEO.
  • Post to LinkedIn and relevant communities; craft simple motion clips and image carousels.

Engage

  • Manage email newsletters and nurture sequences; segment lists; A/B test subject lines and CTAs.
  • Keep assets, tags, and 
    UTM
     standards tidy for accurate tracking.

Analyse

  • Build lightweight dashboards (traffic, CTR, conversions, MQLs) and turn insights into next steps.

Document

  • Capture SOPs, checklists, and prompt libraries so the team moves faster with quality.

Your first 90 days

Days 1–30

  • Ship weekly assets (social, email, visuals, landing pages) with clean execution.
  • Set up event workflows and a running editorial calendar.
  • Stand up basic dashboards with correct UTMs.

Days 31–60

  • Execute a webinar/event end‑to‑end with strong attendance and crisp follow‑up.
  • Improve content performance using data.

Days 61–90

  • Maintain a steady cadence (1–2 long‑form pieces/month, 2–3 social posts/week, 1 newsletter/month).
  • Show clear contribution to pipeline metrics and brand reach.

  • Comfortable presenting
     short live demos and speaking to small groups (we'll train you).
  • Strong written English; able to adapt tone by audience. (Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is a plus.)
  • Basic design/video instincts (Canva/Figma/Adobe/CapCut/Descript) and comfort with AI‑assisted creation.
  • Organised project manager—calendars, checklists, and tidy documentation are second nature.
  • Familiar with marketing tools (any of: HubSpot/Mailchimp, Webflow/WordPress, Google Analytics/Looker Studio, Hootsuite/Buffer, Notion/Confluence).

Nice‑to‑haves

  • Exposure to B2B tech/SaaS or public‑sector marketing.
  • SEO basics (keyword research, on‑page SEO) and analytics.
  • Event operations (venues, AV, vendors, swag).
  • A small copy/design/video portfolio or coursework.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years' experience (internships welcome). 
    Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related—or an equivalent project portfolio.

Work setup

  • Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
     Occasional travel for events.
  • Standard business hours with flexibility for launches and events.
