About the role

Osteobionics Sdn. Bhd., a leading orthopaedic medical device company, is seeking dynamic and driven Medical Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. This is a full-time position focused on promoting and selling our innovative orthopaedic products to healthcare professionals across Malaysia.

We are actively hiring for the following locations:

  • Penang
  • Kuantan
  • Shah Alam
  • Seremban
  • Melaka
  • Johor Bahru
  • Sabah

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, such as surgeons, hospitals, and clinics
  • Providing product demonstrations and education to customers to showcase the benefits of our medical devices
  • Generating sales opportunities and effectively closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

What we're looking for

  • Preferably 3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales; however, strong candidates with less experience or a relevant degree are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of orthopaedic products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry events.
