We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Executive to assist in managing day-to-day operational and administrative tasks across multiple business units. The role supports procurement, inventory, logistics coordination, and documentation processes to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders (POs) and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams on shipments, deliveries, and import/export matters.
  • Maintain and update inventory records, trackers, and reports.
  • Support regulatory and compliance requirements by ensuring proper documentation and filing.
  • Monitor and follow up on order status, stock availability, and product movement.
  • Provide general business and operational support to managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
