We're looking for a high-performing Outreach & Email Marketing Specialist — someone who can build strong partnerships, drive leads through smart outreach, and manage full-scale email marketing campaigns that convert.

What You'll Be Doing

Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients, partners, and collaborators through email, LinkedIn, and strategic cold outreach.
  • Build, segment, and maintain prospect lists using tools like Apollo, , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Develop personalized outreach templates and follow-up sequences to improve reply rates.
  • Conduct continual outreach for both lead generation and backlink acquisition to support SEO and growth goals.
  • Manage outreach pipelines, tracking all communications and performance metrics.

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Plan, create, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns — from strategy to deployment.
  • Manage email sequences, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated flows (welcome, nurture, reactivation, and retention).
  • Write compelling subject lines, email copy, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Set up automation workflows using Brevo (Sendinblue), ActiveCampaign, or n8n.
  • Perform A/B testing on content, timing, and design to optimize performance.
  • Segment contact lists for personalized messaging based on user behavior, lead stage, and demographics.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate).
  • Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and audience feedback.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for email visuals, banners, and HTML templates.

What You'll Need

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in outreach, email marketing, or automation (agency background preferred).
  • Deep understanding of email marketing strategy, automation funnels, and CRM integration.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Brevo (Sendinblue), ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
  • Skilled in outreach and contact management tools (Apollo, Lemlist, ).
  • Strong analytical skills — able to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written communication and persuasive copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, backlinking, and digital funnel systems is a strong advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and results-focused.
