• Identify and resolve shipment-related operational issues.


• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:


• Degree in any discipline (relevant experience may substitute for qualification).


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.


• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).


• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
