Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand The Only BNB's market reach and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify potential corporate clients, travel agents, online platforms, and business partners to grow revenue streams.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Establish annual business goals, budgets, and performance plans in alignment with company objectives.

2. Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and long-stay partners.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close business deals that enhance profitability and occupancy.
  • Develop and manage B2B and B2C sales channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs) and digital platforms.
  • Drive new partnership initiatives to increase brand visibility and booking conversions.

3. Marketing & Brand Collaboration

  • Work with the Marketing team to design promotional packages, seasonal campaigns, and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate in the development of brand materials and digital marketing strategies that attract target audiences.
  • Represent The Only BNB at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to strengthen brand presence.

4. Performance & Reporting

  • Track and report on key sales metrics (occupancy rates, revenue growth, conversion ratios, and customer retention).
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and motivate the sales/business development team to meet individual and collective KPIs.

5. Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure continuous collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate partnership performance and identify areas for mutual growth or improvement.
  • Ensure all agreements and partnerships comply with company policies and service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management — preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or accommodation industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, building corporate partnerships, and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and online booking platforms (e.g., Agoda, , Airbnb).
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally for business meetings and partnership engagements.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM6, RM7,500.00 per month
