Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Junior Admin to join our HQ team in Cheras. This role focuses on licensing documentation and general office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with relevant authorities. It's ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Licensing & Compliance:
- Assist in preparing, submitting, and tracking business license applications and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for licenses, permits, and company documentation.
- Liaise with government agencies and internal departments for follow-up and compliance updates.
General Administration:
- Manage office operations, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support, schedule appointments, and manage office calendars.
- Organize and maintain documents, records, and office supplies.
- Support finance tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and internal communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets when needed.
- Support HR processes, including recruitment coordination and onboarding.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are well maintained.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties, such as data entry and departmental support.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to travel
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
