About the role

Inhesion Group-Malaysia is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator/Customer Services Executive professional to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia and will be responsible for providing efficient sales support to our Operation and Sales Department.

What you'll be doing

  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry in our systems
  • Collaboration with other Regional office to complete full of ordering procedure
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to facilitate the timely delivery of products
  • Handle overseas customer inquiries and provide excellent client service
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports in excel format
  • Manage ERP (Epicor) system create PO, quotation and order documentation
  • Assist with other general office duties as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in the manufacturing & trading industry is preferred
