Financial Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FIT-to-Template and Financial Compliance scoping workshops
• Engage with local Finance stakeholders to implement ICFR & Financial Approval requirements
• Assess localization needs for ICFR and approval workflows
• Support change impact assessment, testing (UT/SAT/UAT/REG), training & go-live
• Contribute to internal controls framework aligned with global process streams (R2A, D2P, MP2C, P2RFA, P2DP)
• Ensure template governance and project documentation (PROJECT PMM)

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Business; CPA/ACCA preferred
• 5+ years in Finance, D2P, audit, ICFR or internal controls
• Strong project & stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Agile is a plus
• Excellent English & Japanese communication
• Ability to work across multicultural teams

SAP Finance Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution delivery across SAP General Ledger, Month-end Closing, SmartClose
• Develop To-Be processes in the R2A stream
• Prepare functional specifications & system configuration
• Support test script creation, test data setup, migration, and cut-over
• Provide country/site-specific know-how during deployment
• Manage configuration conflicts and collaborate within multi-project SAP landscape

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in IT or equivalent experience
• 8+ years SAP experience
• Strong understanding of General Accounting & cross-functional flows
• Knowledge of SolMan ALM
• Experience in multinational environments
• Strong conceptual thinking & stakeholder communication
• Pharma experience is an added advantage

SAP Finance Functional Consultant (Fixed Assets)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions in SAP Fixed Assets, CapEx & Contract Lease Management
• Develop To-Be processes & functional specs
• Configure system based on global standards
• Support test preparation, data migration & cut-over
• Offer country/site-specific expertise for deployment

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in IT or equivalent experience
• 8+ years SAP experience
• Strong knowledge in Fixed Assets, CapEx, Leasing & integration dependencies
• Solid understanding of finance architecture & interfaces
• Strong communication & business partnering skills
• Agile experience, flexibility in multi-stream environments
• Pharma experience preferred

SAP PP/IBP Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP solutions in Finance Controlling, Project Costing & Material Ledger
• Define To-Be processes for Supply Chain Finance (SCF)
• Prepare functional designs, configuration & documentation
• Manage test cycles, migration, and cut-over
• Support deployments with country/site-specific insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in IT or equivalent experience
• 8+ years SAP experience
• Deep understanding of Controlling, Project Costing & Material Ledger
• Experience with integrated finance architecture
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity & work in agile teams
• Pharma experience is an advantage

SAP FSCM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Work on FSCM, Credit/Dispute/Collection Management & Revenue Recognition
• Vistex knowledge is an added advantage
• Develop To-Be processes, functional specs & solution configuration
• Support testing, migration & deployment activities
• Provide country/site-specific knowledge during rollout

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in IT or equivalent experience
• 8+ years SAP experience
• Strong knowledge of AR, FSCM & SD-integrated processes
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking & stakeholder engagement
• Agile environment experience
• Pharma industry background is preferred
