Preschool Center Coordinator

We are looking for a warm, organised, and proactive individual to join our team as a center coordinator. The role supports the Principal in ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the preschool - from classroom quality and parent communication to staff coordination and school operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of curriculum and programmes, including enhancing lesson design, teaching and internal processes
  • Foster positive communication between home and school, building trusting and supportive relationships with parents
  • Oversee preschool operations, including staff scheduling, event planning, resource planning
  • Support the admission process, managing new student enrolments and maintaining records
  • Assist in teacher support and development (incl. class planners, reports, schedules)
  • Ensure the preschool runs efficiently on a daily basis, escalating issues to the Principal when needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education/ Education/ Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in early childhood education, preferably as a lead teacher and/or with some administrative or management experience in a preschool/ school setting
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken)
  • Certificate in Kursus Asuhan Kanak-kanak Permata (KAP) is an added advantage
