What You'll Do
  • Act as the first point of contact for all guests across Airbnb, , and other booking platforms.
  • Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and complaints in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Provide pre-arrival, during-stay, and post-stay communication to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure units are guest-ready.
  • Update and maintain communication and operations trackers daily.
  • Follow up on guest feedback, reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain strong response rates and communication standards on all platforms.

Who You Are
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written) — essential for handling Mainland China guests.
  • 1–2 years experience in customer service / hospitality / Airbnb operations preferred.
  • Excellent written communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
  • Willing to work weekends or public holidays (off days adjusted accordingly).
