As an Executive in Klareco, you will play an important role in supporting client teams and enabling Klareco to generate excellent results for our communication campaigns.

Your research and support will provide a firm foundation to ensure the smooth delivery and execution of client work and new business pitches. You will be a valued member of the team, contributing ideas and solutions to differentiating our offering in Asia, as well as liaising with other offices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Servicing


• Works under guidance to deliver exceptional client service and quality of delivery


• Supports the implementation of the client's programme


• Participates in client meetings where appropriate


• Starting to take responsibility on work streams


• Plays an active role and shows strong initiative in account support


• Handles media monitoring on assigned accounts

Client Relationships


• Starting to build and maintain client relationships and deputise for more senior members of the team where necessary

Media and Stakeholder Relations


• Demonstrates a keen interest in developing media relationships and is learning to handle reporters


• A growing understanding of relevant stakeholder/media/analyst landscapes and mapping


• Develops interesting and engaging media pitches, under guidance, and successfully places stories with reporters


• Develops and maintains media lists and distributes press materials


• Starting to develop stakeholder contacts

Content


• Creates quality content under guidance

Business Leadership and Support


• A strong pillar of support for account teams and senior team members


• Actively participates in internal initiatives


• Supports marketing initiatives


• Supports work with colleagues across the team


• Active involvement in building processes/templates


• Helps to support the research and admin needs of the team

New Business


• Plays a supporting role in the construction of proposals, including content and logistics


• Produces insightful and analytical research to prepare the senior team for new business meetings, pitches and presentations

What we are looking for:


• 1 to 2 years of experience, ideally in communications or a related industry


• Entrepreneurial in spirit, self-motivated and creative


• A guardian of quality and a strong commitment to ensuring excellence


• The skills and confidence to develop and maintain professional relationships


• A growing aptitude for understanding and tackling complex issues


• A strong team player who recognizes the importance of collective responsibility in a team


• Able to multi-task and effectively priorities individual and team workloads
