JOB PURPOSE : To deliver effective internal and external communication through compelling content, storytelling, and strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with the school's brand and values.

REPORTING TO : Marketing & Communications Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1) Deliver high-quality, engaging content across communication platforms.


•       Write and edit for BSKL Buzz, BSKL Bulletin, blog posts, school updates, and marketing materials.


•       Curate content from teachers, parents, and students that reflect the school community; and more

2) Maintain and enhance school-wide communication.


•       Draft internal messages including alerts and updates via Mailchimp, Sitecore, and parent portal.


•       Ensure clarity and consistency in parent communications; and more

3) Support media outreach and branding.


•       Draft press releases and feature stories for newsletters, publications, and external media.


•       Liaise with media outlets and community partners for coverage and outreach; and more

4) Manage social media and digital presence.


•       Schedule and manage posts across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.


•       Monitor engagement and coordinate responses; and more

5) Coordinate the development of school publications.


•       Lead on production of the annual Yearbook in collaboration with the academic team.


•       Support visuals and editorial structure for key publications; and more
